We’re Hiring: Agentic AI Engineer(Middle–Senior)

Location: Remote (Eastern European time zone preferred)

About the Role

Osambit is looking for a skilled AI Engineer to design, implement, and productionize AI Agents using LangGraph / LangChain. You’ll build tool-using, stateful agent workflows (including memory, routing, and guardrails), integrate them with real products (APIs, databases, queues, frontends), and run them reliably in production with strong observability, evaluation, and safety controls. This role requires hands-on Python and JavaScript/TypeScript skills and a practical, engineering-first mindset (latency, cost, reliability, and security).

Requirements

• LangGraph / LangChain build agent graphs, tool calling, state/memory using Python

• Python: build APIs/services, async, testing

• LLM basics: prompting, structured output, context/token management

• Production: logging/metrics/tracing, error handling, secure secrets

• Integrations: REST APIs, DB (Postgres/MySQL), cache, queue basics

Nice to Have

• JavaScript/TypeScript: build integrations (Node.js/services/clients)

• Advanced LangGraph: routing/branches, retries, checkpointing/resume, idempotency

• Experience with OpenAI API and cost optimizations

• RAG: embeddings, vector DB, retrieval tuning, reranking

• Safety: prompt-injection awareness, guardrails, audit logging

• LLMOps: evals/regression sets, prompt/versioning, cost/latency optimization

• Deployment: Docker, K8S, Gitlab CI/CD, AWS basics

• Multimodal (images/docs/voice) pipelines

• Fine-tuning / LoRA basics

• Refactoring, TDD, XP, GoF patterns, DDD, Clean Architecture

• Logging & APM experience (Datadog, OpenTelemetry)
