About the Role
Osambit is looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to help build and enhance the Altras mobile application, a platform focused on delivering modern digital financial services with a strong emphasis on usability, security, and performance.
You’ll work closely with backend developers, designers, and product stakeholders to deliver a reliable and scalable mobile experience for both iOS and Android users.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain mobile features using Flutter and Dart
- Integrate mobile apps with backend services and APIs
- Build clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices
- Implement responsive UI based on provided designs
- Optimize performance and ensure smooth user experience
- Debug and resolve production and testing issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Flutter development
- Strong knowledge of Dart and mobile app architecture
- Experience integrating REST APIs
- Experience with state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.)
- Experience deploying apps to App Store and Google Play
- Solid understanding of mobile app lifecycle and performance optimization
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher (required for team communication)
- Ability to work independently in a remote team
Nice to Have
- Experience with financial or fintech applications
- Experience with push notifications, authentication, and secure storage
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
- Experience working on production apps with active users
