About the Role
Osambit is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to help us identify, engage, and hire top engineering talent across a variety of technology domains.
You will work closely with hiring managers, technical leads, and company leadership to understand hiring needs, source qualified candidates, conduct initial screenings, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has experience recruiting technical talent, and can confidently communicate with both candidates and engineering teams.
What You’ll Do
- Source candidates through LinkedIn
- Review CVs and assess candidate suitability against job requirements
- Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate screenings
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment records
- Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Track recruitment progress and provide regular status updates
Requirements
- Previous experience in IT recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- English level B2–C1 (spoken and written)
- Ability to understand technical terminology and distinguish between common technologies (e.g., Java vs JavaScript, frontend vs backend, mobile vs web development)
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other project management tools
- Understanding of Agile software development environments
- Experience recruiting internationally and across multiple time zones
