We’re Hiring: Sales Development Representative (Middle)

About the Role

Osambit is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to help us drive lead engagement, qualify inbound opportunities, and support our outbound and content-driven sales efforts. This is a full-time, non-technical role for a candidate with at least 3 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for communicating with leads across WhatsApp, Telegram, and email, following up on inbound leads generated through Meta Ads, making warm calls to encourage prospects to book meetings, and coordinating appointments with Osambit leadership. In addition, you will support lead follow-up and meeting scheduling through Upwork, help keep Principal Engineer profiles up to date, monitor current Upwork platform trends and best practices, and track sales activity while keeping proposal templates aligned with market expectations. The role also includes participation in SMM activity, including drafting articles on assigned topics with the help of LLM tools and in collaboration with Osambit Principal Engineers, managing LinkedIn accounts, and publishing posts on the Osambit.com website.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SDR, sales support, lead generation, account management, or a similar non-technical client-facing role
  • Full-time availability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with leads through messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and email
  • Experience with inbound lead follow-up and appointment setting
  • Confidence in conducting warm outreach calls and encouraging prospects to schedule meetings
  • Ability to organize and track sales activities in a structured manner
  • Experience working with Upwork, including lead follow-up and meeting coordination
  • Ability to update and maintain sales materials, templates, and professional profiles
  • Comfortable using LLM tools to help draft business content
  • Ability to collaborate with technical stakeholders and transform their input into clear external communication
  • Strong self-organization and attention to detail

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting B2B service sales in software development, IT outsourcing, AI, blockchain, or other technology-related industries
  • Experience managing LinkedIn business or executive accounts
  • Experience publishing website content through CMS platforms
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads lead flows and related follow-up processes
  • Understanding of current Upwork marketplace dynamics and profile optimization practices
  • Experience writing business articles, posts, or other marketing content
  • Ukrainian and English proficiency suitable for professional business communication
