We partner with startups and enterprises to build scalable, performant, and visually engaging products. We’re looking for a Senior Unity Developer with strong multiplayer experience to join our team. You’ll be working on browser and cross-platform games, leveraging Photon Fusion 2 and Unity’s latest networking technologies to build fast, reliable, and fun multiplayer experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect and implement multiplayer gameplay using Photon Fusion 2 and Unity’s networking stack
  • Develop authoritative server logic to ensure fairness, prevent cheating, and optimize performance
  • Build scalable systems for lobbies, matchmaking, player state sync, and in-game communication
  • Optimize gameplay performance for WebGL, PC, and mobile builds
  • Work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product owners to bring gameplay features to life
  • Implement smooth physics and lag compensation for real-time action games
  • Contribute to internal best practices, code quality standards, and documentation
  • Debug, profile, and test across multiple devices and platforms

Requirements – Must Have

  • 5+ years of professional Unity development experience
  • Strong knowledge of C#, Unity engine internals, and performance optimization
  • Hands-on experience with Photon Fusion 2 (or other Photon networking solutions)
  • Proven track record with authoritative multiplayer server development
  • Deep understanding of real-time networking concepts: latency, interpolation, prediction, lag compensation
  • Experience building cross-platform multiplayer games (WebGL, iOS, Android, PC)
  • Ability to work with headless Unity server builds for scalable deployments
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows

Nice to Have

(Not required, but will boost your profile):

  • Experience with Unity DOTS / Netcode for Entities
  • Knowledge of other networking frameworks (Mirror, Fish-Net)
  • Experience deploying Unity servers on AWS GameLift, PlayFab, or Docker/Kubernetes
  • Exposure to backend systems (Node.js, Redis, matchmaking services)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Unity projects
  • Strong debugging skills with Profiler/Frame Debugger
  • Prior experience in fast-paced browser multiplayer games (e.g. .io-style games)
