Osambit developed a core banking software solution for the largest bank in Ukraine, serving over 20 million users. The system was designed to process more than 2 million payments per month, ensuring stability, scalability, and seamless integration with the bank’s digital ecosystem. Our goal was to enhance the overall transaction experience for end-users while optimizing the bank’s internal operations.

Problem

The client needed a robust and scalable payment system capable of handling millions of transactions monthly without service interruptions. The existing infrastructure lacked automation for recurring payments and efficient management of frequent recipients. These limitations affected both the user experience and the bank’s operational efficiency.

Constraints

The solution had to integrate with the bank’s legacy infrastructure while maintaining strict security and compliance standards. It was essential to ensure high performance under heavy load and deliver a user-friendly interface for millions of daily active customers. Downtime during migration and deployment had to be minimized.
